Dr Stavros Kavouras is a Professor of Nutrition at Arizona State University and Director of the Hydration Science Lab. His Lab is studying the mechanisms by which water intake impacts health and performance.

Dr. Joan Gandy

RD, RNutr (Public Health), Consultant Dietitian (Formerly NNEdPro Lead Scientific Advisor and Vice-Chair), London, UK

Joan is a registered dietitian and fellow of the British Dietetic Association (BDA). She is a past editor of the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics and editor of the Oxford Handbook of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Manual of Dietetic Practice in association with the BDA. Joan is a visiting fellow at the Functional Food Centre, Oxford and a visiting researcher at the University of Hertfordshire. She was a member of the ILSI (Europe) expert group on adequate methodologies for recording fluid and water intake at population level.

Dr. Widjaja Lukito

Dr. Widjaja Lukito serves as an Advisor to SEAMEO Regional Centre for Food and Nutrition under the auspices of the Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organization, University of Indonesia. He was the Director of the Center in the years 2004-2008. Since 2009, he has also been acting as the Coordinator of the ongoing development of Human Nutrition Research Cluster, Medical Education and Research Center, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, Jakarta.

Hardinsyah es Profesor de la Facultad de Ecología Humana (FEMA) Universidad Agrícola Bogor (IPB), Presidente de la Sociedad de alimentos y Nutrición de Indonesia (PERGIZI PANGAN) y Presidente de la Sociedad CSR de Indonesia (AP-CSR Indonesia). Tras recibir sus títulos de licenciatura y maestría de IPB, especializándose en nutrición comunitaria, el Profesor Hardinsyah recibió su doctorado en nutrición y alimentos de la University of Queensland, Australia y fue profesor visitante en Cornell University en Estados Unidos.
