Dr. Joan Gandy

Joan is a registered dietitian and fellow of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).  She is a past editor of the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics and editor of the Oxford Handbook of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Manual of Dietetic Practice in association with the BDA. Joan is a visiting fellow at the Functional Food Centre, Oxford and a visiting researcher at the University of Hertfordshire. She was a member of the ILSI (Europe) expert group on adequate methodologies for recording fluid and water intake at population level. Currently, she is a member of the Liq.In7 Fluid Intake Expert Group.
